Equable Investment Corporation is a Private Money Lender that has been assisting investors in Texas and Colorado since 1996. We specialize in Residential fix and flip loans in the Dallas and Denver metro areas. We do not do any primary residence or owner occupied loans. We service all of our own notes and provide hands on approach from underwriting until the sale/refinance of the property.
